Thank You and Happy New Year

December 30, 2018

Earlier this month, our Corps Members visited the National Museum of African American History and Culture, programs of the Church of the Saviour, and the Episcopal Public Policy Network as a part of their annual retreat in Washington, D.C. In the evenings, they gathered in the church-based youth hostel that was home base for the trip, recapping the day and sharing a simple meal. The retreat serves as a bookend for their first season with Johnson Service Corps and sets up the next.  You can read more about the retreat in this reflection from Corps Member Liz Wendell here.

Your support makes experiences like this possible for our young people.

We are grateful to all of you who have already given toward our work this year. If you have not yet made a contribution but would like to, you can click here to make a one-time or recurring gift, or send a check to PO Box 71, Chapel Hill, NC, 27514. However you support Johnson Service Corps, with time, talent, or treasure, please know that it is appreciated.

With gratitude and warm wishes for the New Year from the JSC crew~
